If the road is blocked or the route doesn’t fulfill all the minimum security conditions for reasons unrelated to EHD, the client must cover the trip cost, equivalent to $250.

The Dumpster can be filled in ¾ parts, and nothing should bulge out above the upper edge of the container. If the driver arrives and the Dumpster is overfilled, the customer must remove the excess, or the Dumpster will not be picked up. In this case, the customer must pay $250 for the lost trip.

The equipment is operated only by qualified staff, who also have the required certifications and licenses. In the case of dumpster rental, the driver only drops off and picks up the container.

For heavy machinery rental, an operator will work with the equipment to carry out maneuvers during the contracted time.

In the case of being overweight, the customer will receive a bill for the additional weight separately.

Before starting anything, you must call 811, so the City Staff can show you where you can locate the infrastructure services, such as pipes, drainage, or electricity, and thus prevent them from being damaged by the machinery during the maneuvering. The truck carrying the Dumpster is about 10 feet wide. Consider that the average container fills a space between 7.5 ft wide by 22 ft long.

When lifting and releasing the container from the truck, approximately 22 feet of height free of cables or trees are required. The area of the Dumpster plus the truck is about 50 feet. This room is needed for maneuvering and unloading the container.

If you require the equipment for more time, please notify us at least one day before the termination date and pay off the cost per additional day.
